Our customer based in Avonmouth requires a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting their sales operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across the department
Key responsibilities:
Processing orders and debits
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Liaising with Regional Sales Managers
Managing customer complaints
General administrative duties
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Car owner
Have own laptop
Working hours:
The role operates on a three weekly rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday:
Week 1 07:30 – 16:00 (Early Shift): 07:30–09:00 worked from home, remainder in the office
Week 2 08:30 – 17:00 (Standard Shift): fully office-based
Week 3 09:00 – 17:30 (Late Shift): office-based until approximately 15:30, then remainder worked from home
