Our customer based in Avonmouth require a Service & Sales Administrator for their busy office, duties will include,

Allocation of work to Hire and Service Administration staff as required

First point of telephone contact for service support calls

Logging of service calls

Allocation of work to engineers

Management of Planner board

Uploading of servicing each month

Management of purchase orders and costs

Raising of invoices

Closing jobs on Protean

Ordering and booking in of parts

Month end inputting, i.e. stock take information etc.

Customer and supplier invoice queries

Supplier invoices processed within an acceptable period to the accounts department

Inputting of information on to Protean

Compiling quotes and chase customer for authorisation

Generating reports as required

Make parts enquiries as required

Postal duties and filing

Take calls for truck rental and sales and direct as necessary

Keep management informed on matters arising

You will need,

Knowledge of Office systems (MS Office Suite)
Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work undertaken
Good communication and reporting to staff and senior management
To be customer focused

Hours of work available are either 8am to 5pm or 9am to 5pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch break.

Pay rate £13.00 per hour.

This is a 12 week temp to perm position.
