Our customer a specialist Freight Forwarder based in Avonmouth, require a Procuremet Administrator for their busy operation.

Duties will include;

Processing customer orders and placing orders over the internet and by phone for customers based outside of the UK.

Emailing customers and suppliers.

Processing invoices using Sage line 50.

General admin tasks.

Good customer service skills.

The right candidate will have good computer skills, be quick and methodical with their work and highly organised. Experience of Sage line 50 an advantage however training will be given.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 7.30am to 4.30pm whichever suits the sucessful candidate.

Pay rate £13 per hour.
